We are recruiting Stockroom Clerks for our first store which will be located in Tribeca Mall (Ebene).
Position Objective
Reporting to the Warehouse Leader, you will be responsible for day to day operations, balancing your time between warehouse and shop floor to effectively manage product reception and preparation, floor replenishment, shop fullness as well as supporting overall store activities.
Key Duties
- Organise all warehouse items in a systematic way following company procedures including reception of products, accurate inventory records and flagging discrepancies.
- Prepare items for display with correct pricing, security tagging and hangers.
- Co-responsible for timely replacement of the shop floor items together with Sales Associates and Section Leaders.
- Support in the analysis of data to improve KPIs and minimize the stock loss.
- You will help with the daily activities in the store, including store layout and visual merchandising in line with the corporate standards.
Competencies
- Warehouse Experience in similar position, using relevant software
- Sense of organisation and responsibility
- Fully available and flexible to work different shifts during the week
- Practical mindset and agile to support store where needed
- Team player, building trust and continuous learning
Other Requirements:
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- Computer literate
- Well groomed
- Residing in the regions surrounding Port Louis, Moka and Plaine Wilhems
