We are recruiting Section Leaders for our first store which will be located in Tribeca Mall (Ebene).
Position Objective
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be taking full responsibility leading and inspiring your section team to maximise sales, customer service and store profitability. You will combine your experience, commercial insight, and excellent visual merchandising skills to continually grow the success of the brand and exceed targets year on year.
Key Duties
- Plan and organise section team, products and visuals to maximise productivity and sales with commercial execution, excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Work closely with Store Manager to meet KPIs within their section, including following up product needs, customer feedback, security, training and improving sales associates.
- Provide leadership for the section team, implement and track company standards and inspiring the team to achieve it.
- Establish and maintain high standards of store layout and visual merchandising in line with the corporate standards.
- Make necessary checks and follow ups to ensure prices and displays are up to date, cleanliness and replenishment before store is closed.
Competencies
- Fashion Retail Experience in similar position
- Commercial mindset to use information and product knowledge to drive sales
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Consistently show the ability for development, sales-driven and results-oriented
- Able to lead a team, plan, organise and solve problems
Other Requirements:
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- Computer literate
- Well groomed
- Residing in the regions surrounding Port Louis, Moka and Plaine Wilhems
